Well, since last time, we have likely completed the first stage of the equities-prices-declines I expected a while ago, by Wed. 8/1/07....and we got Oversold enuf to warrant dipping our toes into some EVB's and depressed ideas, Longside, anew, with close stops, as always....While also watching for likely coming 'failed-rallies' and price-pops, to buy more Puts after, again, for further price declines in still-toppy ideas....Remember, I specifically suggested a few weeks ago, that 'a bigger top might be forming short-term'....and last, Industry Group Rotation continues to be the key, as changing groups take turns getting whacked, dropping, and/or bouncing/rising, as per my "PSYCLE sm" concepts....

I am especially proud of being, as usual, among first/only to have predicted the declines among Extended/toppy: R.E., mtg., financial, banks, brokers, metals, meats, bonds, and some techs, materials, issues, recently....plus, I caught the rise in the VIX/VXN again for my followers, great, and even some airlines, golds, and techs, for very-quick bounces recently, longside....nice....see below....

here are the specifically 'closed' recommendations, directly from my recent NL's:

a) our most recent Quick Large % Big Upside Gainers/Winners, all bt. Long near their previous Lows, then sold near their recent highs:

VIX, VXN, TASR, TLT, HOV, SR, XMSR, SCMR, ACPW, ABX, MU, 1/2 pos. CTX, RKTI, DAL, NWRE, EXAR, AMR, 1/2 pos. XAL....plus, we had 2 more 'takeovers', adding to our Dozens of 'specifically given out stocks in my NL, which got taken over at much higher prices'....

b) and/but we had to 'cut' these for quick very small losses, when they brokedown in price, instead:

bal. pos. XAL, bal. pos. CTX, bal. pos. HOV, bal. pos. PSY, bal. pos. AMR, SANM, CKCRQ, TWRAQ, BIOM, MOT, DXY, VG,

c) our most recent Quick Large % Big Puts/Shorts gainers/Winners, 'bt. Puts' near their recent highs, then sold near their 8/1 lows or so:

bal. AHM, wow, bal. SEPR, wow, POZN nice, NTRI, RS, RSH, ZNT, RUT, GS, WFC, IAI, TRBN, STLD, VMC, THG, IYF, IYG, CPNLQ, MTX, HXM, AHT, NMX, APC, ETY, IWN, CEPH, WDR, RJF, PTP, TNX, TYX, ACMR, PLCM, HL, XL, XLY, HUI, ATI, LIHR, CAT, IYT, B, Oats, Corn, Pork Bellies, Unl. Gas....wow, a bunch, huh....

d) and/but we had to 'cut' these, for very small 'puts' losses, when their price brokeout/up instead:

KLAC, RLI, HPQ, AMZN,

* DO YOU 'SEE' THE REPEATING SIMILAR PATTERNS among the ideas above ?, i hope so *
